The society is now into it's 68th year of productions. It was founded in 1954 by a group of Ravenshead residents with connection to St Peter's Church choir, headed by the late Mary Williamson. Over the years, it's reputation has flourished for sparkling productions making the most of the limitations of the small community halls where the performances have been staged. Usually our productions take place in the Village Hall in Ravenshead.

Most of our members come from surrounding places, though not necessarily from Ravenshead itself, and are drawn by the high standard of the music and production values and the welcoming society. We are now recruiting for next season; all will be made welcome. We aim to make rehearsing as much fun as the performances. We are always on the lookout not only for singers and actors, but also in the vital technical and 'backroom' roles.

We produce a main show each year, usually during the February half-term holiday, and during the rest of the year perform smaller concerts for charitable purposes at various venues. If you would like us to help you with your fund raising, please get in touch.
